Sight. Smell. Sound. Touch and Taste. This week during Creating Drama in the Woods, a band of merry actors have gathered to fully experience the creative life, using the woods as our stage!
Today, as we headed to the Sunny Meadow to gather mulberries, a turtle crossed our path. We slowed down, leaned in and studied this creature closely. We observed how she walked on the tips of her flippers. We watched as she bobbed her head in and out of her shell. We gently touched her then cleared her path as she darted in spurts back toward the stream. Then we decided to be turtles. Until we spied a “sing” (stink) bug. Then, like the woods around us, we morphed and continued our process of cultivating the creative life.
